Sean Kelly has sixteen years of experience as a financial professional, the last twelve of which have been spent in investment banking.  He has completed a variety of equity, debt and M&A transactions for both public and private companies across a wide range of industries.  Mr. Kelly has advised clients across the U.S and internationally, including Eastern and Western Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. Before joining Cappello in 1998, Mr. Kelly worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at the Menlo Park office of DMG Technology Group, the Deutsche Bank technology investment banking group led by Frank Quattrone.  At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Kelly worked primarily with clients in the semiconductor, software, and broadband communications industries.  Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst with Alex. Brown & Sons in San Francisco.  At Alex. Brown, Mr. Kelly focused on financial institutions, including commercial banks, real estate investment trusts and specialty finance companies. Prior to entering investment banking, Mr. Kelly was an Operations Manager and Financial Analyst for Phillips Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and organizational change for Fortune 500 companies.  Before that, he worked as a Research Assistant at Pondel Wilkinson, a regional investor relations consulting firm.  Mr. Kelly began his career by serving honorably in the U.S. Army as a Finance Specialist, stationed at Fort Dix, New Jersey and Schoefield Barracks, Hawaii.   Board PositionS Mr. Kelly serves actively on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area of Austin, Texas.  He is also the founder and Chairman of Professional Veterans of America, a non-profit network of veterans helping veterans succeed through mentorship, education and information exchange.  Mr. Kelly also serves as an advisor to Waterfall Mobile, a leader in on-demand enterprise mobile marketing and communication.   Education Mr. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.  He continues to actively contribute to USC through speaking engagements and as a mentor and advisor to both undergraduate and graduate students.   Personal In his free time, Mr. Kelly enjoys travel, wakeboarding, live music and reading.
